Help us shape the future of Sister

Sister is starting to take shape. We're developing our initial plans for the first phases of the site and want to ensure our neighbouring residents, businesses and interested parties are able to follow us on our journey and have a say on how plans progress.

Below you'll find the information on our recent public consultation for Zone C and past community newsletters, to update you on our work over the past year.

Altrincham Street

Public Consultation Zone C

This public consultation specifically introduces proposals for Zone C of the site’s masterplan, including a flagship new office development, a revitalised Altrincham Street, a new public square, and a series of high-quality outdoor public spaces.

We’re excited to hear your views on these proposals before submitting a planning application. Your feedback will help us evolve and fine-tune the plans and the future of Sister, ensuring we deliver a scheme that benefits both the local community and the wider city.

You’ll find information about how to get involved on the Have your say page.
