Some experiences leave marks we can’t always see. Like a tattoo, shame, rejection, expectations and past experiences can stay with us, shaping how we see ourselves, how we connect with others and how confidently we move through the world. If you’ve ever struggled with self-acceptance, carried things you rarely speak about, or felt defined by moments you wish you could erase, this space is for you.

Join us for a relaxed and uplifting evening designed especially for creatives and freelancers as we explore the relationship between identity, shame and self-expression.

Through reflective exercises and hands-on activities guided by a qualified therapist, you’ll begin to: recognise the stories and labels you’ve carried, explore how shame can shape identity, behaviour and build tools for self-awareness, confidence and emotional honesty.
