Overview
Renold offers flexible, characterful spaces designed for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, launches and creative gatherings. Bringing people together in the heart of Sister’s innovation district, it's conveniently located just around the corner from Manchester Piccadilly station.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00. Please enquire for out-of-hours events.
AUDITORIUM
A space suitable for hosting conferences, keynotes, award evenings, pitch/demo days and screenings.
Capacity: 270
Equipment: Plug-and-play AV system, large LED screen, lectern, 4 handheld microphones, 2 lectern mics, conference call facilities, adjustable lighting, complimentary Wi-Fi.
Accessibility: Wheelchair access via entrance, accessible lift to the presentation area, hearing loop facilities, DDA toilet.

Cafe Flexspace
Large and flexible cafe space that transforms into a bar for evening events. Includes wheeled furniture, perfect for repositioning to suit any occasion.
Capacity: Up to 300 standing | 70–100 seated theatre-style
Equipment: Plug-and-play AV system, large LED screen, 2 lapel microphones and 2 handheld mics.
Stage and lectern for presentations, built-in ambient music system (with range of pre-made playlists), complimentary Wi-Fi.
Prep kitchen on-site for storing and preparing refreshments. Please enquire for use of the prep kitchen.
Accessibility: Ramp for accessing the stage, DDA toilet, lifts to access other floors of the building.
Boardroom
A space for larger meetings, workshops and breakout space.
Capacity: 16
Equipment: 86” display, conference sound and video bar, microphone.
Availability: The boardroom is only bookable as part of wider event bookings.
LOWER GROUND EXHIBIT SPACE & BAR
Versatile exhibition space with access to an outdoor courtyard area. Perfect for small-scale workshops, drinks receptions, presentations and exhibitions.
Capacity: 100 standing | 50–70 theatre-style | 50 cabaret or workshop style
Equipment: Pop-up bar area, including sink, serving area and under-counter fridge for drink storage. Mid-sized, touch-screen TV included for presentations. Multiple power-points around the room.

Additional Information
Event staff & AV support: Our dedicated onsite team assists from enquiry to completion, covering setup, support for the plug-and-play AV system, and smooth running on the day.
Food & refreshments: Refreshments, including specialist teas, filter coffee and water, are provided by the Sister event team. There is no onsite catering facility but you are welcome to bring in your own caterer or select from our preferred suppliers list.
Bar: A fully licensed bar is available to hire for events within the cafe space, featuring sustainable products.
Parking: Limited parking is available for event organisers and must be reserved in advance (subject to availability).
Furniture hire: Additional tables and chairs are available to hire. Please request details when placing your enquiry.
